About Me

A picture of Steven Mai and co.
I’m the one in the middle. The other two are my teammates at IPhO. The guy on the left is having a bad day

My name is Steven Mai. I’m a grade 10 student at University of Toronto Schools in Canada with a HUGE love of physics! I started studying at the beginning of grade 9 and I managed to make it to the International Physics Olympiad in Zurich, Switzerland last summer. I only got a bronze, but I’m planning on going 3 more times in the future!

When I’m not doing physics, I spend a lot of time watching tv. My favourite shows are Breaking Bad, Dexter, and The Walking Dead. I love playing basketball, but I don’t have a net and I’m not that good. So instead I watch a lot of basketball. I’m a fan of the Toronto Raptors and I’m cheering for Cleveland to win the championship title again (even though they won’t)!

I also have a dog named Coco.

Hope you’ll have as much fun reading my blog as I had writing it! Please email or leave a comment if you have any questions or suggestions!
